    I cannot believe this, especially with his upcoming performance as the Joker in the new Batman film and all the praise he was getting....this is fucking awful. So young :/

    My prayers go out to his family, such terrible news.

    This is important, for those of you that thought he took his life.

    "TMZ has been contacted by a rep from Heath's family. The cops told the family Heath's death was accidental and there is no evidence to support the buzz that he may have committed suicide.

    They are particularly distraught over media reports that he may have taken his own life. The family says he was not that kind of person.

    As we just reported, Heath was ill with pneumonia when he died."

    This is awful, poor guy ='/

    I thought it might have been a suicide, but with more and more reports coming in that it wasn't..it just get's sadder and sadder.

    Wow. I remember there being a fake rumor about his death a while ago, but all the major news outlets have it covered. Whats with young actors dying of drug overdoses? This is getting freaky.

    I believe we'll still see him as the joker in the new movie. That will be the last time though. It'll be his legacy I guess.

    Young Hollywood guys and drugs are never a good combo.
